Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. Template copy — review with a professional before relying on it.

Using QBSux

QBSux is accounting software. A self-host license lets you install and run it on hardware you control. A hosted plan provides a private instance we operate on your behalf. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups where you self-host.

Licenses & payment

Self-host licenses are a one-time purchase for the major version you buy. Hosted plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; on cancellation you keep your exported data.

Not financial advice

QBSux is a tool, not an accountant. It doesn't provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Confirm your filings and reporting with a qualified professional.

Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under applicable law.

Trademarks

QBSux is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks. Those names belong to their respective owners.
